The Capital Area Council of Governments has a fulltime position opening in its Area Agency on Aging Division for a Program Manager overseeing the department of Ombudsman. Position performs routine managerial work overseeing the daily operations and activities of the department's budgeting and reporting. Work involves establishing goals and objectives; developing guidelines, procedures, and rules; developing schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving established goals; coordinating and evaluating program activities; and developing and evaluating budget requests. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Two years supervisory experience and management of a human services program required. Experience and education may be substituted for one another.
