I have recently been offered a job and have to get on the move FAST so LUCKY YOU, my lovely duplex could be yours!!!! the rent is cheap the location is PERFECT and FREEEEEEEEEEE internet, cable and water! what more could you ask for?!? In the almost 2 years that i have lived here i have never payed more than $100 on an electric bill or more than $35 on gas. My average electric bill runs from about 30-45$. Im not exactly sure about what the sq ft is but i would love to show it to you ASAP!!!!
